I am not a man who wastes much time on being a "fan" of anyone or anything. I make the exception with U2, they have provided a soundtrack for my life since I was a wee lad.
Bono has become quite polarizing over the years but love them or hate them you cannot dispute that they have been bringing the awesome, more often than not for more than 30 years.
Each album can open memories and transport me to a different time and place.
Christmas is no different.... from 1987

U2 takes me back to HS and going to the music store on 5th South with Brad Hartvigsen in his convertible Saleen Mustang to pick up the Rattle and Hum album the day it went live.
Good times. Great band.
